About Dr Sandeep

Dr Sandeep Uppal is a Facial Plastic and ENT-Head and Neck Surgeon whose practice focuses on the face, head, and neck. His dual fellowship training in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, as well as Advanced Nasal and Sinus Surgery, allows him to address both aesthetic goals and functional needs with equal attention.

With over three decades in surgical practice, including more than 16 years dedicated exclusively to Facial Plastic Surgery, Dr Sandeep’s approach is grounded in experience and precision. His international training & experience across Europe, the United States, and Asia has provided him with insight into a wide range of facial structures, skin types, and aesthetic preferences. This exposure has strengthened his ability to adapt techniques to suit each patient’s background, whether Asian, Indian, or Caucasian, ensuring outcomes that are both natural and individual.

Before conceptualising the clinical philosophy that would later become the PrudENT Rhinoplasty & Facial Cosmetic Surgery approach to patient care, Dr Sandeep served as Head of Facial Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Service (2011-2024) and Head of the Department of ENT-Head and Neck Surgery at Khoo Teck Puat Hospital, Singapore (2011-2024). During his tenure, he played a key role in advancing Facial Plastic Surgery within the institution and was actively involved in training and mentoring the next generation of surgeons.

Dr Sandeep has conducted numerous courses, conferences and workshops, and is actively involved in teaching, having trained surgeons from across the world in Advanced Rhinoplasty, Facial Rejuvenation Surgery, Facial Fracture Management and Soft Tissue Reconstruction.
